Findart Pro Membership Terms. September 2026

These terms supplement the Findart Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. The member acknowledges having read and accepted them before applying for Findart Pro membership.

Purpose of Findart Pro.

Findart Pro is a membership status attached to the gallery of a professional seller. It gives access to reserved features, in particular publishing listings on social networks from Findart.

Eligibility.

Membership is reserved for professionals with a valid VAT number. The member guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to keep it up to date.

Application and verification.

The seller applies from their Findart account by entering their VAT number and accepting these terms. Membership takes effect as soon as the application is made. Findart then verifies the VAT number, where appropriate through a third-party verification service. If the eligibility conditions are not met, Findart may end the membership; the decision is justified.

Price.

Findart Pro membership is free as of the date of these terms. It will become a paid subscription during 2027, at €25 per month. The member will be informed by email before this change and may then end their membership at no cost.

Duration and termination.

Membership is concluded for an indefinite period. The member may end it at any time. Findart may revoke membership if the eligibility conditions are no longer met or in case of breach of these terms or of the Findart Terms of Use. The end of membership ends access to the reserved features.

Personal data.

The VAT number and the result of its verification are kept to manage the membership. They are processed in accordance with the Findart Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms.

Findart may change these terms. Any substantial change is notified to the member, who may then end their membership.
