Purpose of Findart site and definitions.

Findart is a virtual marketplace aimed at:

Findart therefore offers sellers to market antique or second-hand products. The creation of a personal virtual gallery for the seller as well as putting products online are free. The sale of such products is governed by specific legal obligations that sellers are required to respect.

Findart does not intervene in any way in the execution of sales on the site and cannot be considered, as such, as a stakeholder in the exchanges and agreements made between users. Findart does not in any case have the quality of reseller of products put up for sale on the site.

Purpose of Findart.

Findart is a platform whose main objective is to promote the collection of antique objects.

For this, Findart connects sellers and buyers but does not intervene in the execution of the sale.

Therefore, Findart does not have the quality of reseller of products sold on the site. Access to the site, as well as searching, consulting and publishing user content are free.

The services made available to users by Findart allow in particular:

Conditions concerning users.

Access to the site is free but access to services and in particular to purchase and sale is reserved for natural persons aged 18 and over, having the legal capacity to buy and sell products. Any registration for services on the site by a minor person is prohibited.

User account and its uses.

To benefit from the services of searching and consulting product sale ads, the user does not need to create an account.

To benefit from other services, the user is invited to create a user account on the site to allow them in particular to publish product sale ads and order products.

The user commits to using the services in line with the purpose of the site, in compliance with these GTU and especially in accordance with current legislation and regulations, public order and the rights of third parties.

GDPR.

Findart, in its capacity as data controller within the meaning of the General Regulation on Data Protection which came into force on May 25, 2018, considers the protection and confidentiality of its users' personal data as essential.

The collection and processing of users' personal data, as well as all commitments made by Findart, are set out in the Charter of Personal Data Protection (CPDP) of Findart, accessible directly on the site via the legal notices link.

Intellectual property.

The general structure of services, programs, search engines, databases, texts, graphics, images, sounds and videos, brands forming the site are the exclusive property of Findart.

The reproduction and partial or total exploitation of databases, brands and associated domain names belonging to Findart is prohibited.

Findart responsibility.

Findart's responsibility falls under the hosting status and does not control user content before it is put online on the site.

Findart commits to respecting these GTU and GTC.

Findart cannot be held responsible in particular for damages, direct or indirect caused by a use not in compliance with these GTU, of the services made available to users.

Dispute resolution.

These GTU and GTC are governed by and subject to French law.

The user and Findart will endeavor to resolve amicably any disputes that could arise relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these.

The user can use the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ to access a dispute resolution platform intended to collect any complaints from consumers following an online purchase, set up by the European Commission to then transmit them to the competent national mediators.

Findart's registered office depends on the Mulhouse Commercial Court which will be competent to hear any dispute relating to the execution and/or interpretation of the GTU and GTC, including in case of warranty claim and plurality of defendants.
